COMPANY PROFILE

huafu-silicon-industry

Established in 2006,Liancheng Huafu Silicon Co.,ltd is a professional manufacturer of high purity polycrystalline silicon materials, which located in Pengkou industry zone, Liancheng city,Fujian province,China. Occupying an area of 65 000 square meters.

The company has established and maintained long-term partnerships with several famous high education colleges and research institutes to develop new technologies for improving the quality of our products. Now we are successful on the research of 5N series Polysilicon products in volume production. We own the production line of Polysilicon in annual output 600 tons.

SILICON METAL APPLICATIONS

Silicon metal is important to the electronic industry, as it is the base material used in the manufacture of high purity polycrystalline silicon..Silicon metal can also be the application for the aluminium alloy .Alloying agent (hardener) in iron and aluminum, the production of silicones, an addition to ceramics, welding rods, powder metallurgy, pyrotechnics, ammunition, ordnance, refractories, electronic substrates, cement, vapor deposition, plasma spray, chemical formulations, and grinding wheels. Futhermore ,Silicon metal is an important chemical structure material. Trichlorosilane is the silicon compound most commonly used as the intermediate, although silicon tetrachloride and silane are also used. When these gases are blown over silicon at high temperature, they decompose to high-purity silicon.

SILICON POWDER APPLICATIONS

Silicon power is a byproduct of producing silicon metal or ferrosilicon alloys. One of the most beneficial uses for silica fume is in concrete. Silica fume is available from suppliers of concrete admixtures and, when specified, is simply added during concrete production. Placing, finishing, and curing silica-fume concrete require special attention on the part of the concrete contractor.

POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON APPLICATIONS

Polycrystalline silicon (or semicrystalline silicon, polysilicon, poly-Si, or simply poly in context) is a material consisting of multiple small silicon crystals. Polycrystalline silicon can be as much as 99.9999999% pure. Silicon is most often companioned with oxygen to form sand. When the oxygen is stripped from the silicon, crude polycrystalline silicon remains. Ultra-pure poly is used in the semiconductor industry, starting from poly rods that are five to eight feet in length. In microelectronic industry (semiconductor industry), poly is used both at the macro-scale and micro-scale (component) level. At the macro scale, polysilicon is used as a raw material entering a process in which single crystals are grown. At the component level, polysilicon has long been used as the conducting gate material in MOSFET and CMOS processing technologies. For these technologies it is deposited using low-pressure chemical-vapour deposition (LPCVD) reactors at high temperatures and is usually heavily N or P-doped. More recently, intrinsic and doped polysilicon is being used in large-area electronics as the active and/or doped layers in thin-film transistors.
